Data You Give Us Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result. Our own servers do not keep a copy of that search. If you email the operators, the message and its contact details are used only to understand and answer the request.
Automatic Technical Information
Hosting infrastructure may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps in routine server logs. The operators use those details in aggregate to maintain performance and understand broad traffic patterns. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools when enabled.
How Information Is Used
Technical data helps operate the pages, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve the reference material. Visitor lists are not sold, and the operators do not intentionally build individual user profiles from this service.
External Portals and Search Providers
Rialto research links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, courts, and third-party search tools. Information submitted after leaving this site is governed by the receiving service's policy. The sponsored search results are supplied by a separate company with its own terms and data practices.
Who May Process It
Hosting and technical support providers may handle routine server-log data. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above where those services are active. Disclosure can also occur when a valid legal demand requires it; otherwise, the operators do not disclose message or log data for unrelated purposes.
Security and Retention
The connection is encrypted in transit, and routine logs are kept only for as long as the operational need described above lasts. There are no user accounts, so this service does not maintain a password or member profile for you.
Children and Young Users
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The operators do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information through a contact channel, notify the operators so it can be removed.
Your California Privacy Choices
California's Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, appears at Civil Code section 1798.100 and following. Depending on coverage and applicable exceptions, California consumers may have rights to know, delete, correct, limit the use or disclosure of sensitive information, and opt out of sale or sharing. Because this service retains little, a request normally concerns a contact message or a limited server-log record. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records held by California, San Bernardino County, or Rialto offices are outside the operators' control, so correction or deletion requests must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
Revisions will be posted here with the updated policy text. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the version then posted.
